We know that purchasing a share of beef can be a daunting experience.  One that as the consumer you may feel a certain amount of risk and uncertainty.  We want to make purchasing and enjoying our beef as pleasurable as possible.  One way is to utilize simple straight forward share pricing.

If you are interested in more beef then inquire about a 1/2 steer, which would be approximately double the packages.  Due to the way the steers are processed, with 1/2 or whole steers you can decide how you want it cut.  For instance what kind and type of steaks, roasts or ground beef.

All our steers are going to be in the same weight range and will package out & cost about the same.
